The older Lady was very helpful in getting me into my new unit. She checked to see if I had gained access and explained the difference between my old unit at Waga Way (that had been broken into) and the new unit in Port Orchard. Was also grateful she showed concern for my health during the move in process (after recent heart surgery). Would recommend the Port Orchard location to anyone seeking storge needs

Reliable Storage is one of J & S Movers favorite facility's to work with. They have great customer service and a clean environment for customers. My daughter and I came up there to meet with my customers and my employees. After arriving within five minutes the very nice office lady had approached my daughter and I with waters and a couple nice little snacks for my daughter and my workers!! I could not have had a better experience. We will continue to refer our Customers to Reliable Storage in Poulsbo,Wa!
