Legion Jiu Jitsu / CheckMat Hendersonville

I stopped by here on a road trip cross country and had a great time at a fundamentals course. Great mix of belts and skill levels, and when the guys recognized I was new they were more than helpful in explaining everything to me. I’ll certainly be coming back whenever I’m in Nashville! Highly recommend to all the ladies out there! The coaches are amazing and know exactly what they are doing. They make sure you are taken care of, and they make sure that everyone trains safely. Cant recommend them enough!

Been coming here for about a year. Nervous and intimidated at first but starting to find my groove. Long story short, the coaches and professors are top notch, atmosphere is fun and welcoming, I am learning a lot and will continue to train here as long as I can. Would highly recommend.

I absolutely love our Legion Family, they have classes for all age levels. My daughter started when she was just 3yrs old and now she's 5. My oldest son has been doing jiujitsu for 3+ years now. My husband and I train as well so its definitely been a bonding moment for us as a family knowing that we can learn something new together, and it's a huge bonus knowing we will be able to protect ourselves or eachother if and when it came down to it.
