My review is completely changed. MHYP was extremely cordial and prompt in helping me to arrange and makeup for my missed class. The candlelight class was spectacular. Great teacher and wonderful experience. Thanks for making it right.

Been to Yoga studios in New York and Boston and Nashville but to find a place that’s not pretentious and really into technique and not being uptight is great!! It took me several weeks to muster up the courage to go back into Hot Yoga, but I’m so grateful this place exists in Hendersonville! Check them out for a high calorie burning and stress refunding workout!!! Your going to love it!!
(January 18, 2017, 12:33 pm)I love the constant positive energy at My Hot Yoga Place. I always walk out with a smile on my face and a renewed energy, which isn't true of all yoga classes. Rommy makes everyone feel so comfortable- no matter their ability and there's nothing more I want out of my yoga teacher and studio! Not to mention Marley is the cutest pup around.
(January 6, 2017, 10:03 am)I was finally able to check out My HOT YOGA Place last week and it was an incredible experience. I have a tried a few in the area and this by far was my favorite. The instructor was incredibly welcoming and made me feel like I had been a long time member. I am super excited to say I have found my hot yoga home.
