Considering we were a last minute service need, there’s really no complaint. Needed to have our drivers window actuator replaced because we are traveling with our travel trailer and far from home. At home it would have likely cost me half of what I paid, but what’s a guy gonna do. Finally after 6 hours of waiting as there apparently are no loaners for out-of-towners and $640 out of pocket we were off. I’ll give the fella credit though, he noticed my Vietnam Veterans tags and applied a $60 vet credit. Thanks for taking us in at the spur-of-the-moment and fixing our Expedition’s window.
