The staff is wonderful and the doctors are wonderful and its clean and its in and out. Not a long wait time. They always call to remind you of appointments

Nurses were nice and took care of my children properly but the front desk clerks had an attitude. I have three children so any mother knows how that can be. But the lady told me that I needed to have the paperwork filled out in a certain time. I have twins and then a 12 year old that's doing nothing but playing on her phone! You do the math...😓

I think Whitehaven pediatric is the best in the city very professional and polite. The front desk staff are very organized and very well mannered. The office manger is a sweetheart she helps out when patients/ parents are in need of help. The Medical assistant are very helpful when it comes too giving the injection and also educating us on the shots that our children are getting unlike other clinics.
