(January 8, 2023, 10:11 am)To improve Provide a bit more details as if the person is new each time they rent from this location. The link to verify things took me by surprise and what to do required a few trips back in the office to clarify. The rep was excellent and patient though.

The staff was excellent to let me know my truck was delayed coming in for pick up and extending my rental time accordingly.(I really appreciate that I didn't show up with no truck available.) The process to check out truck for damage before leaving premises and checking it back in are very efficient. My bill reflected actual mileage used and was correct. Our family has used vans from this location 4 times now.
