Safe-Dry® Carpet Cleaning of Germantown

Chris was on time and very helpful in explaining the process. The customer service team was great as well. My carpet looks and smells good. However, the price was more than I planned to pay considering that’s not the amount advertised.

Both Blake and Nick were great. Easy to deal with professional kind and courteous. Due to vehicle trouble appointment time was missed but I was notified by phone. That was nice I was also notified by phone and text when Nick was headed my way. Nick was knowledgeable and efficient I had 4 rooms and stairs clean the process only to about an hour to hour and a half. Would use them again.

I’d rate their stain removal for 10/10. Completely spotless. I am still in shock. I never thought my favorite area rug could be this clean because I’ve had this for years. Thank you so much

The technician is very professional. He keep his conversation attempting to up sale. Which I admire. Very nice young man. My oriental rug looks great, however there were still a couple of ripples in the rug. But would consider using them gor other cleaning tasks.
