Very professional and the quality of customer service was great. I got a good deal on the service and I am very happy with DR Bimmer. I was notified of all the work being done and the delay caused in delivery of parts ( not because of DR Bimmer) and gave me a loaner for all the time. Hannah was very helpful and polite in taking care of the repairs..Good job and Thank you
