She was patient, willing to help, and so nice to me that I wanted to let you know how fortunate you are to have in her. I truly wish there were more people like her. I just wanted to say thank you for the efficiency when it comes to unexpected power outages. Today I woke up to my fan stopping before my alarm went off and I was half asleep still when I realized the power was off. Literally within the time of me being able to get in the shower with a semi normal morning routine the power was back on and everything was restored. Before I could even figure out how to complain about the problem I was already back on track listening to my go to podcast as scheduled. Also followed by emails addressing the issue. As it started as a potential really weird way to start the day it was made right in a matter of minutes and I appreciate that. I make a living bringing light to what’s going right…this was a great example of everything we are about! Thank you for the reminder!

Awesome place to work with. Explained what my options were and helped me understand everything. Lady who helped was extremely nice and knew what she was talking about. Very pleased.

This morning my power went out. I freaked out and called thinking that (even though I paid) my power got shut off. Nope, I got an automated message that it would be 3 hours until my power was restored and no explanation why 😑 I wish I knew his name, but this great hearted technician showed up not even 30 minutes later. Talked to the curious neighbor and fixed everything within about 15 minutes. Even disposed of the sqirl for us residents! This employee of MTEMC showed great professionalism and a kind heart. I wish I could give him an individual review so that his company recognizes him for his hard work ethic that he showed this morning.
