Hobby Lobby

Always so clean and organized, the staff is so helpful also. I airways go here for my crafting needs, unless they're not around and even then I might just wait. My only request is that they would have silicon baking mats. 😁

I had a wonderful customer service experience at the Hobby Lobby in Smyrna 11/29/2022. I had bought something the week before, and could not find it anywhere in my home so I though maybe I forgot a bag after checkout. Walker graciously checked the security cameras for me, and confirmed that I did indeed grab them. Minutes later, my husband admits to accidentally putting the missing items in the attic. Ah! Walker and the rest of the team went the extra mile for me to confirm what happened, and didn't make me feel silly after finding out where the items actually were. I left feeling better than before, and that I didn't inconvenience them in the slightest.

The employees here are so helpful and friendly. Definitely found some fun deals. The go to brushes seem to be out of stock or maybe discontinued which is unfortunate but luckily I got the last pack.
