I sold my house but have yet to find a place to go. This is a first for me. I am so very glad I found Storage King USA in Columbia! Nickie has just been so helpful and friendly! She has been just so great! And the facility she runs reflects her! It is clean, well light, safe and so easy to use! As a widow moving on my own, knowing I can come and go safely is a big deal to me! I have used storage before-not for all my stuff like now! But I have never been as comfortable with the staff and the facilities as I am here! Thank you!

I have stored with Storage King for almost a year and I am completely pleased with the services there. Really clean and Nicki, the manager, lives on-site so it is extra secure. She has been nothing but kind, polite and helpful and can answer any question that I may have. Would recommend this company to anyone.

We rented an indoor temperature controlled unit with them for nearly two years at a reasonable price. The service was always exceptional and there were absolutely zero issues throughout the duration of our usage. I was even admittedly late with payment at least once, maybe twice, due to card expiration and they simply called me to resolve. No late fee, no threatening emails. Just kind and personable service with every interaction. I want to thank the entire team at storage king for taking great care of their units and in turn our belongings! Highly recommend.
