(September 26, 2017, 10:05 pm)Needed to get my son in ASAP because his hearing aid stopped working over the weekend. Called on Saturday and left a message and on Monday morning Dr. Lisa Pool called me back "herself" and was able to see him the same day. She couldn't get the aid working but sent it off for repair and showed my son an app he could use on his phone along with ear buds to hear until the aid comes back in from the manufacturer. She was very sweet & helpful and I just love the fact that she was able to see him the same day! Thanks Dr Pool, you are awesome!
