I've used Franklin Roofing twice. Once to repair damaged roof shingles and again to repair a piece of aluminum molding that was torn off in a wind storm. I was 100% satisfied. I dont usually write reviews but the service was such that I had to share this. Shane was overly helpful in both circumstances. He and his crew showed up when they said and did what they said. Franklin Roofing did an exceptional job removing the old roof shingles (2 layers) an installing new roof. They were responsive, timely and the work was done quickly and neatly with no issues at all. Shane also repaired a few items that were out of scope at no charge. He is professional and made the process seamless with no worries for the home owner.I would recommend to anyone that needs repair or a replacement roof. I was very satisfied with the roof replacement completed by Franklin Roofing last week. They responded to my request quickly and came out to give an estimate the same day. The estimate was competitive and the job was well done. They removed several layers of old roofing and removed and replaced a skylight. All the employees, as well as Julia, the on sight manager and Shane, the owner, were friendly and respectful. The employees worked well beyond the routine hours to get the job completed in one day. They were neat and efficient in their clean-up. I would definitely use this company again and have no reservations in referring them. They provided final pictures, as well as pictures throughout the installation process.
