(September 6, 2018, 10:53 am)I've purchased a few items over the years. Ian has helped me repeatedly. I've been pleased and had positive experiences. My hope is that my latest purchase lasts a long time and is trouble free.
I believe calling ahead to talk with Ian can make things less overwhelming. He's very knowledgeable and patient.
