Excellent service provided by Barbara in the sales department. She was thorough and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend seeing her for future purchases.The Recon department deserves a 1, as they were not nearly as efficient. My car needed to be sent back in for cleaning and then needed vacuuming after bringing it home.

If you want a relaxed atmosphere without unrelenting pressure, then visit Majestic Honda. Everyone was very pleasurable, especially, Katrina who made my buying experience very positive. After visiting another dealership with a really rude salesperson, visiting Majestic and talking with Trisha was a breath of fresh air. She was knowledgeable but not pushy. Everything went over smoothly. My check engine light came on about a week later and the dealership was easy to work with in getting a repair done. The service department has been so friendly and easy to deal with. I’ve never bought a car from a “big dealership” before so I’m happy to have these pleasant experiences so far!
