(August 24, 2021, 1:38 pm)I've been a customer here for about 10 years but hadn't been there in about 3 years. A new (new to me) employee named Justin handled the quote, appointment and also did the install work for new tires.
Justin is among the best employees I've run into anywhere. I manage a customer service department and he's exactly the type of employee you hope lands at your company.
Prompt service, good explanation of why the front end of my vehicle couldn't be aligned and good pricing. Prior to Hamel I was a customer at Town Faire Tire and left them due to poor service. Justin is exactly why I try to support local shops over national chains whenever possible. Well done.
