We are in the process of building a new home! Maronda had the home layout and features that we are looking for at a reasonable price! The quality and craftsmanship that we have seen in their homes, along with the sales staff has been the decision maker in buying a home from them!

So far the new home purchase and planning has been very easy and smooth not one complaint. If the building process goes just a good, the total experience would be very easy and stress free. Our sales man Rick has been great to work with. I never thought building a new house would be in our budget until we stopped and talk to Rick. My family can’t wait to move in!!!!!

The home buying process through Maronda was easier than my husband and I expected it to be. Our questions were answered in a timely manner and the communication between Maronda and the outside agencies involves, such as our mortgage company, was great! The only struggle we had was some of the quality of work that was done in our home that had to be fixed after our final walk through.
