She does NOT try to sell you or push you to buy high dollar aids to make a sale.
She bases her recommendations on the thorough hearing tests that she conducts. She is always available to help if there are any issues with the aids.

Was here once a long time ago when my son was little. The doctor said he was deaf and couldn't hear but she tested him here with a different type of audio testing and it was all good. Most understanding and sympathetic!
