I am disabled and needed a power wheelchair. They came to my home and where fabulous in understanding my needs and I purchased a Pride Go Chair based on there recommendation. I've had they chair for 6 months and it works perfectly for my needs. Last Friday the battery would not hold a charge for more than 10 minutes. I called late Friday afternoon and explained my problem. The receptionist was very understanding and said she talk to one of there technicians and would be out as soon as possible to help me. A service technician showed up Monday morning at 9:00 am and in less than 15 minutes replaced the batteries and my wheelchair was working perfectly. This is a five star company and I would strongly recommend them to anyone in need of a mobility product. Thank You so much for caring.
