After trying another shoe store unsuccessfully, I decided to try this Redwing location (pleasant hills location is now closed). I found work boots at a good price. The employee was helpful and informative and made the trip well worth the time. I would definitely recommend.

These employees took care of my boot needs 110%! They were kind, very informative, and successful in finding some boots that fit my needs.
Not that this should matter (but sadly it does in todays world), I’m in the LGTBQIA2S+ community, and these guys made me feel 100% comfortable. 100% Pay these guys a visit!

VERY nice store, excellent selection and service. Sales associate was knowledgeable, friendly and available. I'm a HUGE RedWing fan, 20+ years as a customer, and this location was impressive. Highly recommend.

The guy who worked at the store was very nice and helpful. I did know what I wanted coming in, did the special order, and picked up the shoes no problem. They do sell a lot of shoe accessories like leather care, boot cleaners, etc.
