(September 28, 2020, 9:03 am)The person, Dave , was super sweet and did a great job on helping me to buy right rack on my bike and he fixed it. He is very particular and makes sure that all is ok with bike , he put extra effort to check my whole bike to see if any issues . 100% recommend
