Marlene @ Pat's is the best. Honest, direct, and knows cars & trucks. I've had so many bad mechanics in the past--hers is the only shop I trust with my Mini Cooper. And, she's cool.
Marlene is the sweetest, always affordable, they do fantastic work, and they always have my car back to me as soon as possible. I love the communication they provide while they have my car as well.
They were truly honest. I over paid because we thought we needed a transmission turns out it was something way smaller and she refunded my money back. There are still honest hearted people in this world.
