As a native Long Islander I take my bagels very seriously and Fill A Bagel is the only place that truly compares to New York style bagels. In a blind taste test you wouldn't be able to tell the difference. A lot of places in the area will just bake their bagels but I believe they boil and bake like a true bagel should be cooked.
(July 19, 2019, 11:20 am)My brother and I went to grab a quick bite, really good selection and freshness. Only thing that could be a downside is the heavy amount of cream cheese. But then again, we Philadelphians love our cream cheese, lol.
(June 21, 2019, 9:48 am)This is my favorite bagel shop. The bagels are so damn tasty...slightly on the pricey side, but worth it. My only single problem with the shop is they microwave their eggs for breakfast sandwiches. Still tastes good...I just don't like the idea of it, personally. 5 star experience regardless. Staff is always pleasant also which is nice.
