Sometimes my horse riding trainer gets us peach refreshers and they are the best thing I have ever had

Tried their grilled cheese with pesto, it was soooo good 🔥 I also loved that they were ahead of the game with pumpkin spice latte

Because we lost power this morning, I decided to treat myself to breakfast at Dunkin. I had a fresh and yummy everything bagel with bacon, egg and cheese. I also had a large hot tea, delicious as well. All of the workers were friendly, conscientious and efficient. As I sat and read at quiet table in the back, I was pleasantly surprised by how very clean and disinfected this location was! The floors were sweeped then mopped while I was there and the employees were very considerate of me. I used the bathroom and again...VERY CLEAN!!! I would highly recommend this location to anyone who "runs on Dunkin'!"

Normally pretty good. I sat at the window waiting for the employee to hand me my donut she forgot because she was obviously overwhelmed. Watch another employee who was on bar yell at her and try to take the orders over her. The poor girls face….I almost gave her my business card to come work where I do….we will teach you. Gentle reminder to treat people who are learning with dignity. Being slow and making small mistakes is a part of learning. If it’s so annoying - don’t place them by themselves

The new Arby's on 24 is nice and new , but is in equal parts good as well as bad is in tough location. Because they are not too far or too close housing. Yet how they are located I feel this one is gonna end up the type of fast food place that probably won't be staffed right half the time. Meaning due to normal corporate greed. They will watch every profit cent. Instead of just having 1 or 2 extra employees working a shift. The day I ate that location there was a line around the building all the way to the parking lot exit. Also the parking lot was badly designed.

I’ve been twice since they opened. Both times the customer service was great. It’s fast food so the best to expect is that your order is correct, the food is hot and they know how to serve customers. All of these were met so 5 stars. Also, they have a 98.5 health department rating. It’s a brand new location so they are still working to get things right. I didn’t experience the issues other customers refer to in their negative ratings, that’s why the 5 star review.

It's great to find a fast food restaurant with inside dining these days. I like Arby's and the food was good and fresh. Service was a bit slow because they supposedly had a staff meeting going on, and the drive-up line was getting priority over inside. Oh well, we did get our food and it was still good.

New Arby's on Albemarle Road. Great location, appears to be super clean. I tried the smokehouse brisket sandwich, very good. Made it a medium combo, $10 bucks. Drive through,, 3 cars in front of me, total wait 7 minutes so they're pretty quick getting orders out. The only negative thing I can say, and this is totally on me, is the drive thru menu is so far away from the speaker I could barley read the items available. Overall looks to be a good location for them. Definitely worth stopping in...
