(October 21, 2018, 12:27 am)I'm rating 5 stars because Vinart has always been good to us BUT, the service department hasn't been the same at Lehigh Valley Acura since Rex was moved to the new Mercedes/Porsche location. Rex is an asset and customer #1 was his mantra so we understand why he would be moved. HOWEVER, the person who replaced him is the polar opposite of Rex and I do not forsee the same experience continuing. I will avoid any interaction with this person and if I have to service my Acura I will do so wherever Rex is. Hopefully I do not have to update and lower my rating in the future.
(September 10, 2018, 11:32 am)Come here for service on my car. Very easy to schedule online service and even get a loaner car so they have time to work on your car fully. Service writers know the cars and know common issues and are always honest. This is a great place to get service on your car and will be back when I want to buy another Acura!
