Nice place to visit.. Very clean from what I seen and nice folks live there
I've lived here a couple of years and I think it's fine. Good people and friends all through the neighborhood.
My mom lives here. It's a very good neighborhood and the park manager makes sure to keep the tenants informed. You have to buy a trailer, whether it's one in the park or one you want to bring in. All you pay is lot rent and utilities. They are very welcoming and it is in an amazing school district.
I love living here. Been here more than 10yrs
