We ordered a phone online and tried to activate it online. Because we were switching leases and lines, the online method did not work.
We walked into the Store, were greeted, and waited our turn. Once it was our turn, it took less than 5 minutes to figure out why they couldn't do it online and have us activated!!!
Always get great service there.
(April 6, 2019, 9:48 pm)I order online and select in store pickup. Wait can be delayed despite making an appointment. Only good experiences to report over the course of about 2 years going there.
