(December 20, 2018, 11:07 pm)My mother bought a beautiful slightly used Kia SUV that we adore. The only reason I'm not giving five stars is because the car wasn't detailed before selling. My mother also asked again if she could have it detailed (her and I are both OCD about cleaning and this car was not cleaned at all from the previous owner; not even washed). Besides that, we adore the SUV and the heated leather seats are #life in this cold weather.
