  It's clean and a good environment.
  TVs are too high. You kill your neck trying to look up at the screens especially when you're at the Arch trainer row of machines.
  Also another row of TVs wouldn't hurt.
  Instead of having a whole row of regular ellipticals, can we have at least have a row of Octane Lateral X machines too? Please!

  Customer service is excellent the equipment it's easy to use any questions the trainers will answer immediately pill very comfortable and I like to no judgement policy

  Very friendly staff, nice and clean, great fitness trainer that you don't have to pay extra for and can make you your own individualized plan!

  Very clean. That is important to me. As an avid gym goer, cleanliness is necessary to avoid catching illnesses from hands touching machines, or athletes foot from locker room floors. This planet fitness keeps everything clean.
  The staff is always friendly and helpful. It’s nice to have smiles greet you, and tell you goodbye when leaving.
