  Thought the cashier was a bit pushy. Was pestering me to spend more money. But the store itself is fine. I like em. Only con is they like to only give $5 for a game and then resell the same game for $50.

  I bought a headset with a warranty from another Gamestop that broke shortly after I purchased it. I tried several times to get a replacement (since it was a warranty issue) and was told numerous times to contact Plantronics to get a replacement and left very upset each time. I stopped into store 5605 and just had a conversation with Kyle about how upset I was because I am an online streamer about to launch my own stream team/community and was unable to since I could not use my headset. He took care of my issue and ordered me a much better headset that will be here Friday. I was amazed by the customer service I received and honestly, Kyle saved a very loyal customer from shopping elsewhere because he truly put the needs of the customer first. I will definitely stop into this store to buy whatever I need for my streaming career going forward! Thanks so so so much, Kyle! You have no idea how grateful I am ????

  Very friendly staff. Learned to shop around before making purchase here. However, I can always count on them for preordering games for the family.

  Great service stopped in to buy a controller for game system. Just remodeled very nice, smelled good like inscents.
