Kim the new manager did exceptional on our tour. Grounds look good, Reno apartment is spacious and it feels comfortable. I see the change in this property and I’m excited to see what’s to come while I am a part of the change. I will be submitting my app immediately.

I’m am so thankful that I walked into the office and met Kim Lopez. She made me feel so welcome and made the application process very simple. I was conducting a tour for my partner while living out of state and KIM made the process extremely easy from start to finish. She was patient with us and very informative. Even though I wasn’t there in person her energy over the several phone calls I made :) made me feel even more comfortable. Kim kept the same bubbly energy when my partner arrived for an actual tour. She took her time showing the units, she knew everything about each unit which I loved. She made it super easy for a decision to be made! Thank you again Kim for everything.
