Thank you Ana for the introduction to the many varieties of gorgeous fish eggs. We found the Osetra to be quite a treat, silky, salt explosions, excellent quality and freshness. As well as the many health benefits and immune system builder.
Black caviar is exceptionally rich in omega-3 fatty acids, along with Vitamins A, B6, and B12. An elevated dose of iron, selenium, and magnesium sets this @bester_caviar apart from most caviar from other parts of the world. Respected and cherished worldwide.
I look forward to trying the Escargot & Albino Caviar never experienced this type before in all my culinary travels. I think I'll make an hors d'oeuvres with it.

Having waited too long to order New Year’s Eve caviar from my usual vendor, I found Global Caviar on the internet and realized it was about an hour’s drive from my home. I was greeted by the most gracious owner and her father and was introduced to the treasures in their refrigerator, several of which I purchased. The fresh Osteria was fantastic and made me decide that such luxuries should be enjoyed more frequently. I’ll be back, soon. Thank you, Anna!
