Best hot yoga in Harbor Point ... hands down, no contest ... Breathing Dragon Yoga. After 10 years of practice, I can say that my experience with this community has been life changing, and beneficial beyond the yoga room. It's not fitness, it's not exercise, its mindfulness, meditation, elevation, and transformation. It has been a life changer for me in my life.

Thank you to all of the wonderful instructors, students, and even more specifically to the owners (Mori & Michael) who continue to create community and opportunities for all who come to their space.

Need more than an exercise class or a superficial experience in yoga postures? Come join the dragon's den. It is truly life changing.

Awesome Hot yoga studio! Jeris is an AMAZING teacher. We took the Saturday 8a.m.90 minute, 26 & 2 class and enjoyed every moment. Keep up the great work Jeris!

First ever yoga class! Made a bold choice to have my first yoga class be a hot yoga class! But great experience! Rob the instructor was very friendly! A lot of one on one with me as he knew it was my first time! He made sure I was comfortable, and helped me multiple times to correct my position! He also allowed me to go at my own pace! Overall I was really comfortable, and will return! I loved the mentally clarity at the end

I have absolutely LOVED my experience at Breathing Dragon Yoga in Dtown. My first class was with Mori and she could not have been more welcoming and informative. The class was phenomenal and a beautiful blend of challenge, focus, renewal, and of course, heat. I also love the hot hiit class offered. I am so grateful that I saw the sign while driving by one day and I am excited to continue my Breathing Dragon journey!

I absolutely love the Dtown Breathing Dragon studio. The heat at the studio is amazing, if you are looking for a true hot yoga studio this is the place. The instructors are excellent and always welcoming, friendly and helpful. The studio offers a variety of different classes so you have the opportunity to practice many styles all at one studio.
