I think he's mis understood by customers because people can be profoundly rude and make demands that are unreasonable, and he pushes back when people treat him rudely. Humans deserve to be treated with respect, and it goes both ways. I am SO grateful we have this little post office in New Britain so we don't have to go to the 20x busier Doylestown PO. Keep on being you, Greg.
