(March 7, 2020, 8:19 am)Our children do karate and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu at Redline, and I do the fitness classes. Our children have grown as people under Redline's instruction, and are confident, strong practitioners of karate and BJJ. Redline's adult fitness classes are challenging and have improved the way I exercise. Can't recommend Redline enough!

(June 28, 2018, 8:22 pm)I have been training with Chris since February and I LOVE it! I was not someone who worked out and was super nervous to sign up. Not only did Chris ease my nerves, but he also had faith in me (when I didn’t). I love how the workouts are always different. That change keeps you interested and engaged. Chris’s workout sessions and classes are full body workouts! You leave feeling great in what you accomplished. Definitely come check the RAC out! You will be glad you did.

I have wanted to start my own business for a while, but wasn't sure what direction to go in. I've always been into sports, and have heard radio advertisements for Redline youth athletic centers. They apparently are looking for franchisees in the area and currently only have one location in the nova area.
