Ganshahawny Park

Ganshahawny park is very useful. Unloading (a boat ) or loading is very easy when water level is high. People's using the park are friendly.

A great place to launch a boat onto the river. You could also use the picnic area or pavilion to enjoy a nice lunch.

Small and Quiet by the banks of the Schuylkill river. Boat ramp available.

Small park. Usually quiet. Used mainly for tube float trips as an exit or entry spot. Can get very busy at times on hot summer days with tubers entering and exiting the river. Most of the people who use this park are very nice and polite when they use it for float trips down the river. They come and go pretty quick so it's not crowded for any length of time.
