He is very knowledgeable, friendly and courteous and kind...he really does care about his customers. He goes out of his way to help you with whatever issues you are having or whatever products you need and he won't steer you wrong. Their prices are great and they have a HUGE selection. I won't go anywhere else for my pool needs except here and I HIGHLY recommend Pool and Spa Outlet! Do not go anywhere else! Vicki
