They gave my very nice and expensive king size comforter to someone else and tried to get me to take the dingy queen one that was left behind. They said they can't figure out who they gave my comforter to. While they admit it's there mistake, 6 months later I have received no phone call from the owner as promised and no compensation for the comforter! That's no way to do business.
Edit- Owner called 3 weeks ago after this review and said he would compensate me and that a check would be forthcoming. I have received nothing to date. NOTHING.
Excellent customer service and the clothes are done right and a wonderful alteration and repair service.
