Love that it’s family owned and run, which means you’re going to get the best customer service and response times because they have such a fantastic team. Nothing too small or too big for them to handle, and always fair on pricing. Barilla is the best in the business, no matter where you are located. Highly recommended!
(January 7, 2021, 4:56 pm)Extremely professional, amazing company to work with. I had a freezer and two walk in coolers from demo to completion in three days. They went above and beyond as far as cleanup, logistics, etc. Even offered help that didn't pertain to their work. Could not recommend them enough.
(April 30, 2020, 2:35 pm)This is a great company. I have been working with them for years, and I mean years, both to buy equipment and get service work done. They are efficient, they are knowledgeable, but above all, they are trustworthy and fair. It is like working with my dad. I know they are going to be honest, and treat me well. Even if I am not on site with their tech, I get a description of the issue, with a proposed plan to fix it along with a price estimate. I would recommend them for ice cream, refrigeration/freezer issues or repairs, and you will be in good hands.
(April 27, 2020, 4:32 pm)I can’t say enough good things about Barilla Refrigeration. I purchased 2 soft serve ice cream machines from them, and so far they have gone above and beyond. From the extensive training they provided to us, to their kind and caring service, I know I made the right decision by purchasing the machines from them. We are in good hands! They are a great family company that I will be lucky to work with for years to come.
(March 27, 2020, 1:05 pm)We have had plenty of problems with old equipment at out restaurant and Duane and his team are always there to help. They have walked me through fixes on the phone or are normally there the next day. They have helped me with not only my refrigeration needs but all my service needs form cleaning the equipment to reprogramming my ovens. I have received new equipment and they have called to make sure it’s all working out. It’s not only for the reasonable prices but they treat you like family and I would highly recommend giving them al call.
