We have had a great experience so far. Dr. Clair is always happy to see us and remembers us well. The office staff has always been responsive and courteous. We have never had an issue getting on the schedule when needed for regular appointments or for sick visits. We have used their answering service/on-call docs more times than I would've preferred haha but they have always been helpful, prompt in their response, and the office has consistently followed up to make sure we have what we need.

My sons have been patients here for 16 years. Everyone on staff is amazing! Used to call all the time with new parent questions and everyone was incredibly patient and understanding. Dr. Kovatch caught a misdiagnosis of hearing impairment in one of my sons that had come from an Ear, Nose & Throat doc! His years of experience led him to question the diagnosis & send us to another ENT for the correct diagnosis and treatment. I have recommended this practice to many others. They are all awesome.
