Heath and Javon at Guardian Storage go above and beyond to assist you with your needs and to explain things to you so that you can better understand them. They both are very polite ALWAYS to greet you as soon as you walk through the door. It’s a very friendly environment. I would highly recommend Guardian Storage as the place you choose to rent as your next storage unit.

Heath is just a sweetheart! Very efficient and kind, even offered everyone water. He told us everything upfront and made sure we comfortable and knowledgeable of the process. Thank you so much, Heath! You made the process so pleasant, keep up the great work!

This storage facility is clean and safe. We had a 5X10 climate controlled unit for two and a half years, and everything was fine. I will say that the price hikes went up faster than we expected, and for a significant amount of money by the time we moved our stuff out. The newer manager, Heath, is WAY better than his predecessor in every way, at least explaining Guardian’s reasoning behind the price hikes (which was ridiculous, but there was nothing he could do about it), and giving excellent customer service. They’re lucky to have him there now!!!

Everyone is very nice at Guardian. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is due to the price for a 5 x 10 unit is just ridiculously expensive. I think I had my items in storage for 2 years total?.. my beginning rate was reasonable, somewhere at $140 including taxes. For some reason it ended up being $190+ a month for such a small space. Regardless, I would recommend their services, and a bonus is that you can use their moving van "free of charge " to move your items in or out!
