Steep hike but worth the climb

This is one of our favorite stops. The view is necessary to better understand what the soldiers had to deal with. Sidewalks were in okay condition. Monuments were in very good condition. One monument was being restored.

Beautiful overlook of Gettysburg Park, the views are perfect

There is a cool trail up to the summit, with regimental markers all over. Gives a good sense of what Colonel Oates and his men had to endure during the actual battle.
