Talk about going the extra mile - even though Marshall was transferred to the Sunset branch, and my account was at the Tanasbourne branch, he helped me greatly when an unauthorized charge subjected me to an overdraft status. It was an aggravating mess and the new manager had not yet arrived at my own branch.
