Sonrise Church

Larger, mainline Baptist church with full kid programs. I started attending March of 2023. I switched to attending here because 1) the preaching was nuanced and used sound interpretation skills, and 2) there are kids and youth classes for my kids (teenagers sit in main service), and 3) I live close enough to bike with my kids to church in nicer weather.

I never went to church in my life till now. There story telling us dramatic and motivating.

Great church. Sermons are biblical based and the pastors of the church are not afraid to speak the actual Word of God. Our children enjoy the children’s church.

Beautiful people, delicious coffee, a sermon straight from the Bible, Gods word. Explained very well so anyone and everyone listening will understand. Fantastic music and the people here are engaging. Rite off the bat if you're new they'll set you up with the option of giving contact info, and they'll even give you a tour of the church , which is honestly the first time it's ever been offered to me! Random people that are local to sonrise will greet you as you meander. And I was given a schedule for their singles events so I can connect with other Christians around my age!

Love this church! We’ve been going couple years now and the people are great. Has helped me in my faith journey.
