The Whisker Room

Love this place and the membership is so worth it! The whiskey flights are great, but I can't lie- the elderberry sidecar is where it's at!

If you need a place to go to get out of Portland, Running Dog Brewery and the Wisker Room is the place for you. The food is done right, the beer is excellent, and the Whisker Room selection is great!

Jesse in the whiskey room is hands down the best service I've ever had! He was so fun and knowledgeable. The whiskey room is such a great personal experience. So cozy and classy. Jesse was again, so amazing ❤❤ I would come back JUST to have him serve us again!!!!

The charming old time themed whiskey room has a prohibition era speakeasy feel.

Their selection of whiskey’s include a rare 18 year old Yamazaki Japanese Whisky (one of three bottles in Oregon), Glenmorangie Signet Whiskey and Barrell Dovetail just to name a few of their unique whiskeys.

To add to the experience I highly recommend that you try the barkeeps special recipe Poke and the Warm Brie with roasted garlic is to die for!

If you go on Sunday you’re in for a Bloody Mary treat! The Bloody Mary Queen of Scots comes adorned with shrimp, smoked salmon, 3 mini corn dogs and 3 brisket sliders. If that wasn’t enough, the Bloody Mary is made with Scotch instead of vodka!

I cannot recommend this little whisky room hole in the wall enough!

If you haven't had the chance, Running Dog Brewery is hiding one of the best kept secrets in St. Helens if not the entire northwest. A small speakeasy is hidden away in the back behind a hidden bookshelf door. It holds an amazing assortment of Whiskeys, Bourbons and Scotch along with all the regular bar finds. It's rare and hard to find gems on the shelf include discontinued Whiskeys and limited run bottles. Hosted by an unreal character of a bartender, Jesse will be the best of conversations while pouring or mixing the best drink you'll have. Make this a must go place on your way to or through St. Helens Oregon.

I highly recommend the Habanero Rum Sour and the unreal Bloody Mary Queen of Scots!
