I wasnt receiving calls from work landlines, and Brian helped me with in 5 minutes. Worst part was I spent 4 hours with tech support in chat and calls and nobody could resolve the issue.

Sammie at store #9086 off Pebblecreek/McDowell was the best! Had a lot of patience with us. We were coming from a 3rd party store in Buckeye off Watson tht didn’t help us because “their systems were down” but not down. We had upgraded 2 new phones and added another line/phone. We spent a couple hours with her. She explained everything thoroughly , set up all 3 phones patiently. Had the BEST customer service!! Will definitely recommend this store in Goodyear with this young lady. Last but not least VERY knowledgeable!!

Both the nursing staff and office staff have bent over backwards to help with my mother's transition to this facility. I can't say enough good about the kindness shown, the welcome extended and the quality of care she is receiving!
