My neighbor on the 3rd floor complained of having mice in her apartment In December 2022. So the management contacted me who live on the 2nd floorAnd inquired if I had "mice drippings" in my apartment? I told them no. I can't help but feel that someone came in here searching for signs of mice. I feel my privacy has been violated because they don't leave notices after they have intered my appartment.

A neighbor had mentioned that a leak was coming from the complex and it might be our water heater. I put in a maintenance request to check it out, they came the next day to look at it, and a day later a plumber came by to replace the whole thing. The plumber was very professional and did a great job.
