Doenges Ford

I needed a service performed in connection with a recall from Ford for my F150 year & model regarding an electronic code malfunction for transmission. I'm very new to town and didn't know where to go... Doenges took care of it quick and painless even though I didn't purchase my truck at their dealership, and were very friendly, knowledgeable and communicative during my visit. Thank you Doenges!

I brought my 2014 Fusion in for a scheduled recall Tuesday morning at about 7:45am. The man at the desk looked up my VIN and indicated that I had 5 additional recalls outstanding in addition to the one I had scheduled. He suggested that they should complete all recalls as they were safety related.

He asked if I could be without my vehicle for a few days in case the parts for the additional recalls weren’t in house and I said “sure, no problem.”

I was expecting a call sometime next week, but to my surprise, they called back at 3:30 the same day to tell me all recalls had been repaired. How awesome!!

I was blown away!!
