The ONLY reason I'm giving a 5 star review is because Rachel, the customer service rep is AMAZING!! She had 8 customers in the store, was on the phone with an extremely rude rep from Cricket, who was absolutely no help and kept over talking her. She remained calm and helpful with everyone. She deserves a raise and commission!! She also deserves to have help in the store instead of being alone. MANAGEMENT BETTER WAKE UP before they lose a great employee!

I went in to get a new phone & their employee, Brittanie helped me. She was genuine & sincerely being helpful, but she was so friendly & made the process go smoothly & easily as possible.
I immediately felt at ease & comfortable doing something I might not otherwise be happy doing. Just wanted to give her recognition for doing her best, which was amazing!!!

This store has excellent customer service. The store manager Tosha is very helpful and always greets customers with a possitive attitude and never has anyone waiting. I feel I’m being given the best options when I’m here rather than feeling like I’m trying to be sold something I don’t want.

The Store Manager at the Bartlesville location, Tosha, is absolutely wonderful. She is very patient and knowledgeable. I've seen her help several customers at the same time and she somehow gives everyone her undivided attention. She's very positive and everyone that I saw her interact with was extremely happy. Tosha helped me choose a great 5G phone, a case, speaker, insurance. She even showed me that I would get 5G coverage at my home address and work address. She got me set up with ACP and now I won't even have a bill for my service. What a great asset Tosha is for Cricket. Companies need people like her! 10 STAR SERVICE
