Compassion abounds here; I'm greeted cheerfully each time I walk up (even when they're obviously overwhelmed); prior authorizations taken care of on the spot... I'm amazed by the competency & organization of this crew. An overwhelming THANK YOU to these folks who are serving this community - you are a bright spot in my day!
